Purpose of the Register

Managing customer relationships.

The processing of personal data is based on the management of the customer relationship, the consent of the data subject, or the legitimate interests of the controller.

Contents of the Register

The following information may be stored in the register: identifier, maximum take-off weight, first name, last name, phone number, email address, and arrival time. Data is collected when completing a form.

Sources of Data

Personal data is collected directly from the data subject. In addition, cookies are used to collect information about website usage.

Disclosure and Transfer of Data

Data is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Data is located and stored within the EU.

Retention Period

The controller retains data only as long as necessary for the purposes of the register.

Principles of Register Protection

The register is processed with care, and stored data is properly protected. Data is accessible only to those who are authorized to access it.

Right of Access

Every individual in the register has the right to review their personal data stored in the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information. If an individual wishes to delete their account, all identifiable personal data will be removed.
If an individual wishes to review or correct their stored data, the request must be submitted in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may require proof of identity.

Right to Data Portability and Restriction of Processing

The data subject has the right to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format if the processing is based on consent or contract, and if the processing is carried out automatically. The data subject also has the right, under Article 18 of the EU GDPR, to restrict the processing of their data. The rights to data portability and restriction of processing entered into force on 25 May 2018.

Amendments to the Privacy Notice

The controller reserves the right to update and amend this privacy notice. Where required by law, registered individuals will be informed of such changes.
